Joe founded and built an award-winning Allstate agency in Valparaiso, Indiana, which he successfully operated from 2014 until selling it in 2023. Although he retired after the sale, retirement wasn't the right fit for Joe. He soon accepted a position as Regional Manager for Armstrong Pumps, where he enjoyed traveling throughout the country.

In October 2025, Joe joined Trusted Insurance Solutions as a business partner and Medicare agent, bringing with him years of leadership, business expertise, and a passion for helping others. We are grateful to have Joe on our team and excited about the experience and dedication he brings.
